Outer Batcave
"The optimum group is 1 Tank, 1 Controller, 2 Healers, and 4 DPS. If you have both a Fire and Ice tank geared well enough to tank raids, I recommend having the Fire Tank handle the trash pulls, ranged boss fights (black adam), and multi-target boss fights (Bat Family). The Ice Tank will be better suited to fighting large hard-hitting single-target bosses that don't require much mobility which is, consequently, most of them. Just have the other tank be in DPS mode during the portion they aren't required to tank rather than having 2 tanks fighting for agro. You'll also Ideally want one Sorcery and one Nature healer. Sorcery for the AoE HoTs and Nature for the dump-heals.

Boss 1
Here's an alternative method, have a Tank with flight. With flight you can hover in the air above the RCP just inside of full red-lock and deal full damage/agro while he does absolutely nothing to you besides his pitiful ~30 damage ranged attack.

You don't have to roll out of foam, just move. Simply moving will also allow you to use spam-ranged attacks, and weapon types with roll attacks like Rifle and Dual Pistols will remove the foam by using the movement attacks.

You also don't have to actually kill the arrester drones to break their stun, just CC them. They're susceptible to lunge attacks from any weapon by any player. If they stun someone, just lunge it and then move on, they have a pretty long cooldown on their stun attack and are otherwise ignorable.

Boss 2
DP-5 - Stay away from him when he does his sonic attack. Move around when he uses his blue fire on you (it operates much like the foam from the first boss only it damages you instead of CC). He'll charge a random person in the room, after which he'll either walk back to the tank, or initiate his sonic attack. The charge does small damage, just watch out for the quick sonic that can follow.
C-CU - Don't be point-blank when he does his missile AoE attack as they are individual projectiles and therefore will hit you multiple times if you're too close. Don't stand in the orange circles that he puts underneath you as they'll explode after a few seconds. You can break out of ALL of his CC, so just reserve some power for that purpose.

You'll fight DP-5 first with C-CU flying around the room CCing people. After a set amount of time, he'll switch places with C-CU and do the same thing C-CU was doing. When you get either of them to below 1/3rd health the other will join in and you'll have to fight both. Kill DP-5 first, then C-CU.

Boss 3
Easy answer: Have your Tank (Fire is better suited to this fight by a long run) group them up in the middle and AoE them down. Doing this method should only take you ~30 seconds to beat all of them. After they're all dead, activate the EMP in the middle of the room (It can be knocked around by AoE CC like Mortar Shot at full supercharge) to win the fight.

Hard answer: You have to kill them each within 30 seconds of each other, otherwise they'll get back up at 1/4th health with a slight damage boost. You can see their resurrection timer on the generators in each corner of the room. They'll shield each other from time to time, simply attack the one shielding the other for bonus damage. Huntress uses her explosive shot constantly, Robin staff-spins constantly, Batwoman has a habit of attacking whatever is closest to her regardless of agro, and Nightwing has all of his annoying moves including the spin. If you have to do this method, I recommend getting them each to 1/5th health in this order: Robin -> Batwoman -> Nightwing -> Huntress and then actually killing them in the reverse of that. Have someone near the EMP as the final one is going down to make sure you activate it before one of them gets up."

Inner Batcave
"FIRST BOSS: FIRST, range attack the hell out of him from a distance, only the tank get close to get agro before the shields go up. The rest of the groups ranged attacks should take out any adds. SECOND, once the shield is up the boss will pick a random person and come after them. You cannot change aggro once his shield is up. Instead, he will go after whoever was second on the hate list. Whoever has the agro when the shield is up needs to roll around the room and stay away from the rest of your raid team while one healer stays on the person with agro to give heals.

EDIT: Since the latest patch, the first boss on inner, the ARC, once the shield goes up it is no longer the best strategy to roll around the room if you are the random person with agro. It now works better to simply stay where you are and hold block.

Do this while one healer (you should have two) focuses on healing the person with the ARC's agro. Instead of a one shot kill, while holding block the ARC hits for around 750. The rest of the group continue to focus on the largest adds first.

Since Inner was buffed and/or the roll nerfed a little, if you try to roll while the ARC has his shield up you will eventually get hit and die. The strategy of not moving and holding block seems to work the best since the latest patch.

The rest of the team focus on the adds... the bigger ones first, OMAC Prime, OMAC, Wing Armor, OMAC Sentury... you can ignore the spider dudes. This is the easiest method I have found.

SECOND BOSS: This is the easiest of the three bosses. Everyone attack the boss, ignore the adds around him as they will respawn. When repair drones come out, shout the side they are coming from and the tank lead the boss to the opposite side while the the rest of the entire raid focus on taking out the drones. You can stun them, pull them, lasso them etc. Once the drones are down, tank brings the boss back to the middle and everyone attack. You'll do this a few times, the key is shouting out which side the repair drones come from and the tank taking the boss to the opposite side. Once the boss is down to around 15% health he will do a tornado type attack and go back and forth around the room. Lock your targets (L1) on the boss and get to the ledges on the narrow sides of the room to avoid the attack. Again, repair drones will spawn and take them out first. The boss will rest after the tornado spin attack and when he does go balls out on him. If you don't get him the first time he rests from the tornado attack repeat the same process.

THIRD BOSS, BROTHER EYE: This is cake once we figured out the strategy. First, zoom out so you can locate the lasers easier. The entire group except the tanks and mental controller spreads out around the rubbage on the outside of the room... spread far apart... so that you can target adds in the middle and the lasers don't spawn on/kill the entire group. One(or more) designated console person attacks NOTHING while the tank goes in the middle of the room and gets agro on the adds while the rest of the group range attacks all the adds. (Take Eyedrones down first as they cripple healers/controllers) While everyone is attacking the designated console person follows batman and uses ranged attacks on the consoles. If the console person(s) needs help, whichever add person is closest needs to help take the consoles down. The adds should not be an issue using this method nor should the lasers as the group is spread out and the lasers tend to target where members are. If you do have a laser on you.... roll. If the laser is on the designated person, have them roll and those nearby assist with range attacking the console. The key is to spread out along the outskirts of the room with the tank in the middle. You may lose 1-3 members but keep going, once these are down the rest is cake. Healers need to keep the tank alive.

The next parts of Brother Eye are easy... the consoles is by far the hardest... for the next parts roll and range attack. He has two attacks at this point, a spin that takes up a quarter of the room and a laser that will one shot you. He may also teleport and if he does, roll a safe distance away.

ON THE CONSOLES OF BROTHER EYE: The key is to spread out, have ranged weapons , the tank in the middle, a mental controller using psychic blades on the consoles. We have beaten this twice using this method and it has been by far the most efficient. Once the consoles are down you may even be able to defeat brother eye solo. (We've done it with only two people left) The key is beating the first part though.

Sub-Construct
1st Boss: It's just a normal tank-and spank.

2nd (Last) Boss: "Easiest method for me personally is the group block method. Its where everyone blocks the flame thrower and rocket barrage and have healers heal when boss has back turned Its too easy one you know the pattern of attack.

First phase:
Everyone should start behind the boss. Once the tank throws the first blow, the boss will use flamethrower, followed by a rocket barrage. Make sure a heal circle is up and that everyone is blocking. If done right, no one will be knocked out. During the rocket barrage, everyone should attack when the boss turns away. After the first two attacks by the boss, he will repeat an attack pattern. Its something like circle lock mortar, flamethrower, normal (spread his arms and fires), and rocket barrage. You must block the circle lock mortar attack and the rocket barrage which will always be the fourth attack once he starts the attack pattern. You should have some call out when to block to be sure. Just repeat this over and over and the first boss will be too easy.

Second phase:
When the scorpion gets crapped out, everyone needs to spread out. Tanks need to jumb on the boss and start tanking. The boss will charge a random target followed by a circle lock attack on that target. Try to block or roll away quick. Make sure someone is nearby to revive if necessary. The boss will also decide to throw a vortex on someone giving that player super super speed and damage + juggle anyone in the group that person comes close to. So if you got it, run away. Last thing to look out for is his dome cyclone attack. If you're got in it, you will go down quick. Even a tank wont last long. In general, just stay separated but not too far apart and you will be okay.

Last phase:
Easiest and most annoying fight. All you have to worry about is when he attacks you. Just block and make sure healer is ready to heal you when he performing a series of attacks. He only goes after one guy at a time so Brainiac is easy minus the fact that he jumps all over room too piss you off. When the eradicator spawn, just have someone a pull skill to pull adds while everyone dps the eradicator down. Eradicator will spawn 3 times. After those 3 are down, its smooth sailing."
