I don't think we need separate forums or anything, since we don't limit recruitment, we don't really need public/private forums (cept for officers, but that could be a hidden forum I imagine). We could just put a Recruitment sticky that explains that if a potential member is interested about joining that they should ask anyone in the league. Temporary stickies works for raids/signup threads so people see them. Finally, maybe sticky some basic guides/links.

I don't expect forums to be too busy since we're mostly in game, anyway, but some basic organization is good enough. Just my two cents.
